Job Summary

- Monitor online feedback and engagement.
- Ensure all shared information is accurate and consistent.
- Support the preparation of identity-building responses.
Qualifications
- UK Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Expert written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Strong organisation and task management skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute.
